🔑 Getting the keys: arriving by car, stop briefly on the LEFT at the outside gate. The keys are in the lockbox attached to the gate — code 5656. The gate opens with the remote control or the small key.
🚗 Parking: your private space is the one marked with an “X” in the photo — drive in and follow the arrows to the building entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor.

🗑️ Rubbish: bins are outside the building — sort plastic / glass / cardboard. The non-recyclable bins open with the magnetic card in the apartment (losing it costs €50).
⚠️ House rule: don’t leave any food or drinks in the apartment or fridge when you check out.
